Terms and conditions: 

All appointments cancelled before 24 hours of the session will be fully refunded.

All appointments cancelled within the duration of 24 hours of the session will be fully charged.

No show during session will be fully charged​.

Refunds Policy: 

Refunds will be made to the same account from which the appointment was booked within 7 working days.

 

Privacy:

Interactions with the professional are 100% confidential. Any information you share will remain with the Consultant and might be discussed among the professional circle only if it is deemed to be beneficial for you. This will be done anonymously. However, there are two clauses to this : (1) If during therapy you pose a harm to yourself or others and (2) If you're not of legal age (i.e 18 years) your legal guardians will have access to your records.
